$20 flat shipping for Ontario and Quebec shipping addresses.

$25 flat shipping for the following provinces: BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, PEI. (All other Territories and Provinces will have a higher rate fee determined at time of placing order.)

Free Shipping with purchase of $200 in Canada. Shipping, handling, and HST/GST/QST for your area apply. All items are shipped via Purolator or Canada Post, as soon as we can get it out. Most orders will arrive within one week but due to unforeseen circumstances, backorders, etc please allow up to 3 weeks. Orders are not shipped on Saturday, Sunday, Mondays or holidays. USA orders are calculated based on order weight & zip code.

TAXES & DUTIES

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes when your package reaches customs in your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

CLEARANCE ITEMS: FINAL SALE ONLINE and IN STORE

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. Items purchased with a COUPON CODE (including Loyalty Point Coupons) are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

21 DAYS RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REFUND on REGULAR PRICE ITEMS ONLINE ONLY

Regular price items exchanges and refunds are eligible within  21 days following the date the order was placed. 

Returned items must not be worn or washed. It must be returned in its original packaging with all the labels and tags still attached. You are responsible for the shipment of the returned goods. Make sure to wrap and seal carefully the package. Jolie Folie cannot be held responsible for returned goods not received or damaged during shipment.

For an exchange, please state the name, the colour and the size of the item you wish to receive in exchange for the one you return. If the new item is discontinued, we will inform you by email. The exchange can be applied only on an item of equal or lower value than the requested article. In case of a price difference, the balance will be refunded through your account.

In the case of a refund, it will be done directly on the credit card used for the online purchase only when the item will be in our possession and after the usual verification. Handling and shipping fees are not refundable.
